On multiple occasions we have submitted work orders for issues that no one would consider to be minor. On three separate occasions the sewage pump on the ground level has backed up into our basement.
Obviously this causes an inconvenience but it's MUCH worse when you have to deal with these crooks. We waited weeks to even have anything looked at on two of the occasions and even longer for the repairs to take place. Recently our air conditioning has gone out and it took them three weeks to even send someone out to assess the problem. We're still waiting for the problem to be resolved.
As I'm writing this I'm actually on hold with their "customer service" department (if you can call them that). It's been over twenty minutes and the estimated wait time is saying 27 more minutes. We've had to live in the house while it's over 90 degrees for over a week now as the problem has gotten progressively worse and wasn't this bad over the first few weeks (80's during the day maybe).
