The experience I've had since moving in from the onset has been nothing more than a business that has protected themselves via their contract between them and their tenants. A tenant, under no circumstances whatsoever can bring forth legal action/law suits against them as an individual or even class action, therefore we see so many complaints and not anything on the web, but in very rare circumstances, expensive attorney/law suit and even then, they have a team of attorney's who do not give up during litigation.

The list has been endless of the serious issue's Iโ€™ve had with them from even prior to moving into the home. at the walk through and began to list the "exception" sheet's" concerns I had to be addressed. I had no idea they arenโ€™t allowed to tell you what is and is not acceptable to list on this document. The few concerns I had remained "MY" responsibility and had I not been told "This must be completed today, and the final paperwork signed and property lease, they had another family who'd deposited requested funds and could move in the next day if I didn't finalizguarantee I would rent.

The property I had been ready to rent from wasn't through AMH4R, but it was accidentally rented prior and was 500.00 lower in rent/ I had no choice having just had surgery and needed to secure a new rental property while going through a bad divorce and serious health issues. It was the only property for rent in the area I needed. The bottom line is this.... They charge you above and beyond the geographical average and all the "hidden" cots there would be no way renter would know but until after moving in.

Although it's stated in the lease renters are responsible for paying out of pocket for maintenance a renter must afford themselves, what they DON'T SAY is that those costs even apply to the items or area needing to be fixed or repaved due to the unprofessional job they have contractors do to prepare for new tenants, most people may think it can't be too much. I know from personal experience, you will freak out once in the rental property and come to find after LIVING AIN A RENTAL, THE "little" things add up to a very substantial amount of money . The list goes on, but the worst is the turnover in employee's and using this as the excuses why maintenance isnโ€™t taken care of or notes not anywhere to be found in a renters file and property address, this is by far the worst company all around I have ever been treated as a problem as a disabled person and if I had somewhere else to go I would have left the first year/ The customer is never right. What an unacceptable business practice.

No Doubt there are tens of thousands of renters who've been dealing with the same or different and we should all get together and do a class action suit with all the truths to our issues and treatment they have forwarded not upholding their end of the lease by law, but we are held accountable. NO WAY would the courts be ok with this. I cannot wait to move out if it kills me. I am not even shocked anymore by the digesting treatment they've given ma and feel it's fine.

Appalling to say the least. On average all included I am paying of $2000.00 a month and that doesn't include, my utilities, sewer., water and garbage removal.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY ANYWHERE, AT LEAST LOOK UP HISTORY IN THE STATE YOU NEED TO RENT FROM, PLEASE. IT WILL CAUSE STRESS NO ONE NEEDS!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
