The company makes the initial rental process and utility setup seamless. Unfortunately, if ANYTHING goes wrong, don't expect them to fix it anytime soon.

My garage door was going up and down randomly. Did they fix it? Only after a long time and multiple complaints. Water in the basement?

You better plan on waiting over a month. Oh, your heat is out? And you have children? They'll be there in 10 days.

Again, the initial process and payment process is seamless. Their maintenance process and local management need help! I currently have a ticket in for nonworking outlets (all necessary, one in each bathroom and one in the washroom so currently running extension cords from other rooms to work appliances). I might see those fixed by summer.

It's January. I don't call that an American Homes 4 Rent problem, as the business model is set up well.

I call that a local management company problem. They are direct employees, but the further from leadership you get, the more *** you get.
