Took them six months to finally repair stains on the ceiling on the first floor from a leaky toilet on the second. All we got were excuses and promises from their subcontractors and customer service.

Your electrical bill is shared (even on a single family home), so if you try to save money on utilities by being thrifty, it doesn't make a difference. You are paying for everyone else's utilities. Customer service will never give you a breakdown of your house's cost.

They make every and any excuse to syphon off from your security deposit at the end of your lease and the hassle to argue with them is not worth the headache. Do yourself a favor and run away from any property owned by this company.

My grandmother is going through the exact same thing with them!!! They took $400 worth of unpaid utilities off her deposit supposedly because of how the bill cycle goes,which is untrue because I handled those affairs for her! Such a rip off!!!
